Counsel to 2100 Bridletowne Inc., a developer and responding party to two motions for leave to appeal. Earlier this year, Bridletowne had obtained a mandatory injunction against three purchasers to provide vacant possession of a condominium townhouse and a significant costs award. The Divisional Court dismissed the purchasers’ motions and ordered substantial indemnity costs against them.
