We act as counsel for dozens of auto dealers across Canada, both in NADAP (National Auto Dealers Association Arbitration Program) and court proceedings, particularly in disputes involving auto manufacturers such as General Motors, Kia Motors, Nissan Canada and Mazda Canada.
Most large and mid-sized commercial litigation firms in Canada represent auto manufacturers, and cannot act for auto dealers. We maintain our independence by choosing to only represent auto dealers, and over the years have become “counsel of choice” for many of Canada’s largest dealers and for the Trillium Auto Dealers Association and Canadian Automobile Dealers Association.
