With his understanding of litigation procedures, Daniel provides exceptional support to the lawyers at Lax O’Sullivan. Daniel facilitates complex document-intensive files and extracts salient litigation data. He provides support in all stages of the discovery process using eDiscovery software such as Relativity and DISCO.
Daniel has experience assisting lawyers in both the Superior Court of Justice and at the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
Before joining the firm, Daniel worked as a law clerk in a boutique litigation practice.
