A curious aspiring litigator, Mahek seeks new and challenging opportunities. She is a passionate advocate with a strong work ethic and commitment to building relationships.

Mahek is an articling student at Lax O’Sullivan. She recently graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she refined her research and oral advocacy skills. At the Community and Legal Aid Services Program, Mahek worked closely with clients, negotiated with opposing counsel, and successfully represented a client at trial in the Ontario Court of Justice. She excelled in mooting competitions, such as the Lerners' Moot and Cassels Brock Cup.

Mahek worked as a student researcher, preparing Charter motions and analyzing criminal law matters such as sentencing submissions. She worked with Pro Bono Students Canada and competed locally on the Baby Gale mooting team and internationally in the International Criminal Court Moot Competition. Mahek completed her Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Alberta with a specialization in Business Economics and Law.
