We also have considerable experience in appeals from tribunal decisions and judicial review proceedings in the Ontario and Federal courts. We have acted for individuals, corporations, tribunals, government bodies, and interveners in leading cases in this area.

We often litigate against the provincial and federal governments, and have been counsel in leading constitutional and administrative law cases, including those involving important Charter and federalism issues.
