Nicole is a tenacious and determined advocate. She diligently litigates complex legal issues and creates precise solutions for her clients’ specific needs.

Nicole is developing a broad civil litigation practice. Nicole articled and practiced at a prominent litigation boutique with a focus on plaintiff-side class actions and complex commercial disputes. She has appeared before all levels of Ontario courts and the Federal Court. 

Nicole completed her JD at Dalhousie University, where she was awarded the Judge Fran Potts Award, George Isaac Smith Award, and John L Harris, QC Scholarship for academic excellence, professionalism, and commitment to the overall spirit of Dalhousie. Nicole was deeply involved in student life and served as an executive of the Law Students' Society throughout her degree. She was an active participant in oral advocacy competitions and won the Smith Shield Moot in her final year.
