Vivien brings innovation and extensive expertise to the prosecution of document-intensive cases and management of e-discovery projects. He strategically and efficiently utilizes technology to advance his clients’ cases and build captivating case narratives.

Vivien’s primary focus is on complex litigation involving large sets of documents and on e-discovery.

Vivien creatively and effectively leverages document review platforms to distinguish the key elements of any case and decipher the information required to build clear and compelling case narratives.
