While we represent employees and employers from all industries, we have particular expertise in the financial industry, and often assist executives when they negotiate their employment contracts or when their employment is terminated.

As well, we are regularly engaged in addressing “departing employee” situations, when an employee has allegedly taken confidential information with him or her when departing. We have deep experience seeking and obtaining injunctions on short notice to prevent the misuse of confidential information and unfair business practices by former employees and their new employers.
