Frank is developing a broad litigation practice with an emphasis on corporate-commercial disputes. Before joining Lax O’Sullivan, Frank summered and articled at a leading national law firm. There he gained experience in commercial, competition, insolvency and class action matters.
Frank received his J.D. with distinction from the University of New Brunswick Faculty of Law in 2023 after achieving high standing each year. At law school, Frank had a keen interest in mooting. He won his school’s oral advocacy competition in his first year, and participated in the Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition and the Canadian National Negotiation Competition in the following years.
Before law school, Frank graduated in philosophy at Durham University, England before moving to Canada, where he worked in sales and as a bartender.
