Successfully represented developer in Ontario Court of Appeal reversing judgment granting partial summary judgement, enforceability of joint venture non-competition covenant.

Represented Sobeys Inc. and other related entities defending a class action alleging anti-competitive practices in the sale of fresh commercial bread in Canada.

Counsel to the CCLA in a constitutional case which addressed whether physicians may refuse to provide a referral for certain medical services on religious grounds.

Counsel to an international accounting firm in defence of a claim by the Receiver of Bridging Finance seeking damages of over $1.3 billion.
