Sapna maintains a varied litigation practice with a focus on commercial litigation, class actions and insolvency matters.
Prior to joining Lax O'Sullivan, Sapna was a litigation associate at a prominent insolvency and litigation boutique. She also practiced at a leading national law firm, where she represented large public and private corporations and government agencies. Her previous experience includes class actions, professional liability, medical malpractice and complex commercial matters.
Sapna obtained her J.D. from Queen’s University. While at law school, Sapna was the Speaker of the Law Students’ Association and a volunteer with the Ontario Justice Education Network and Pro Bono Students Canada. She also served as a legal intern at the Department of Justice, Treasury Board Secretariat in Ottawa.
