Niklas has broad experience in a range of complex disputes. His diverse practice gives him the insight and experience to obtain the best results for his clients in the unique circumstances of each case.

Niklas has represented clients in all manner of commercial and civil disputes. He regularly appears at every level of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal for Ontario and the Ontario Superior Court (Divisional Court, Civil Division and Commercial List) and in private arbitrations. He prides himself on his ability to counsel and guide his clients through the litigation process to achieve an optimal result.

Niklas is active in the community, having served as duty counsel for Pro Bono Ontario, and coaching the Osgoode Hall Law School Jessup Moot team for the past several years.
