Fabian is a detail-oriented litigator. His commitment to intensive research and finely-tuned writing leads to effective results. He meets challenges with enthusiasm and curiosity.

Fabian is developing a broad litigation practice, with a focus on corporate-commercial matters. Prior to joining Lax O'Sullivan Lisus Gottlieb, he clerked for the judges of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and summered at a leading national law firm. He has published and presented on civil procedure and international environmental law.

Fabian graduated from Dalhousie's Schulich School of Law in 2019, where he won several academic prizes. He served as Editor-in-Chief of the Dalhousie Journal of Legal Studies and spent one intensive semester at Nova Scotia Legal Aid, working closely with clients and appearing frequently in court. Fabian also organized and taught "Know Your Rights" workshops at schools and at the provincial women's jail. He participated in the Kawaskimhon Aboriginal Law Moot.

Before law school, Fabian worked as a public school teacher and as a youth support worker. He is currently a volunteer tutor to high school students at Pathways to Education, teaching mathematics, humanities and French.
