Agatha’s practice encompasses a broad range of commercial and civil litigation. Before joining Lax O’Sullivan, Agatha practised at an Ontario full-service firm and a Toronto commercial litigation boutique. She has experience in diverse litigation matters, including media and defamation actions, aviation industry disputes, shareholder claims, human rights cases, and judicial review applications. Agatha has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario.
Agatha holds both a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Civil Law from McGill University. During law school, she was a Senior Student Advocate at the Legal Information Clinic and Executive English Editor for the McGill Journal of Law and Health. She also competed in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna, Austria.
Before law school, Agatha worked as a decision writer for professional discipline tribunals.
