Bio

A strong advocate, Andrew has litigated a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including corporate governance, shareholder disputes, and contract litigation with particular expertise in real estate disputes and employment matters. He also has significant experience in insolvency and restructuring matters.

Praised by a client for having his submissions ‘very well received by judges’, Andrew regularly appears before the Ontario courts, including the Court of Appeal and the Toronto Commercial List, and in appellate courts across Canada. A significant portion of his practice involves private arbitrations to advance and defend claims on behalf of large corporations, small businesses, and private individuals.

Andrew is committed in giving back to the community and provides pro bono advice to a Toronto charity that helps homeless people transition to permanent accommodations.
