LOLG Succeeds At Trial

In Nadrarajalingam v. Zhao, Shaun Laubman, James Renihan and Brad Vermeersch won judgment for their client following an expedited trial. The plaintiff commenced an action to challenge whether a debt owed to the client was due and owing.
