On November 29, Terry O’Sullivan, Paul Michell and Zain Naqi argued the Andrus Wilson v. Ramzi Mahmoud Alharayeri case in the Supreme Court of Canada on behalf of the Appellant, Andrus Wilson. The issues in the case included the issue of what should be the test for affixing personal liability to a director for an oppressive act of a corporation in a situation where the decision of the board was unanimous and the corporation was not closely held. The decision has been reserved.
