Represented over 7000 class members in a class action alleging unpaid overtime by a national trucking company. The parties settled the class action for $22.25 million.

Counsel to International Dyslexia Association (Ontario Branch) in the Supreme Court of Canada in case involving discrimination against students with severe learning disabilities.

Counsel to the Canadian Association of Critical Care Nurses in the Supreme Court of Canada in a case involving the scope of a physician’s discretion to withdraw life support.
