Successfully represented client at trial and obtained judgment, upheld on appeal, for specific performance of the sale of a self-storage property in Windsor as well as related damages.

Successfully represented surgeon in Ontario Court of Appeal reversing trial judgment, application of provincial limitation period and discoverability in medical negligence.

Successfully represented Canadian Civil Liberties Association in Ontario Court of Appeal, struck down administrative segregation provisions of Correctional Services Act as cruel and unusual treatment.

Successfully represented police officer in Ontario Court of Appeal, jurisdictional boundary between Superior Court and Labour Relations Board over claims of malicious prosecution and misfeasance.

Acted for the TCDSB and the successful candidate in an October 2022 Toronto school board trustee election in responding to a recount application under the Ontario Municipal Elections Act.

Successfully represented a global manufacturer in an international dispute against over twenty insurers for losses arising from a failed compressor.
