Acted for Katz Group Canada on leading case concerning administrative law challenges to regulations.

Counsel to the Intervener at the Supreme Court of Canada in a case concerning the scope of “reasonable expectation of privacy” under the voyeurism provisions in the Criminal Code.

Acting for a group of companies in a multi-million dollar damages claim against the provincial government for negligence and negligent misrepresentations in the handling of a procurement process.
