Representing the Regional Municipality of York in a large construction dispute relating to the development of Steeles West Station and the defence of subcontractor claims valued at over $50 million.

Successfully represented applicant in leading authority on availability of mareva injunction to enforce foreign non-monetary award.

Representing a leading P3 infrastructure manager in an appeal from a $260 million judgment concerning breaches of contract and fiduciary duty.
