Vivien’s expertise extends to all stages of the e-discovery process. This includes complying with document production obligations involving tool selection, negotiating discovery plans, overseeing document collection, devising efficient review strategies and managing teams of document reviewers. He is heavily involved with reviewing other parties’ productions to ensure all required materials have been disclosed and integrated into the case. He has also acted as an independent lawyer conducting privilege reviews.
