With a track record of prosecuting and defending claims at trial and on appeal, Danielle has appeared before all levels of court as well as arbitrations and administrative tribunals. She has particular expertise in commercial list proceedings.
Danielle is a regular speaker on civil procedure and anti-SLAPP legislation and has taught at Osgoode Hall law school. Danielle is also active in pro bono efforts and frequently engages with organizations including Pro Bono Ontario, the Canadian Civil Liberties Association, and Downtown Legal Services.
