Commended for his ‘client service, level of sophistication, and commercial awareness’, Brad combines commercial litigation and subject matter experience to represent clients in a range of matters, including contractual disputes, class actions, administrative law, regulatory investigations, and appeals. He has particular expertise navigating the competitive tensions and regulatory scrutiny issues in high-stakes, multi-party infrastructure disputes. Brad has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, as well as in the courts of Alberta, British Columbia, the Federal Court, and domestic and international commercial arbitration.

Dedicated to nurturing the next generation of lawyers, Brad is a member of the New Lawyers Committee for the Toronto Lawyers Association that provides professional development support for new calls and practitioners who may not have access to mentorship.
