Bio
Commended for his ‘client service, level of sophistication, and commercial awareness’, Brad combines commercial litigation and subject matter experience to represent clients in a range of matters, including contractual disputes, class actions, administrative law, regulatory investigations, and appeals. He has particular expertise navigating the competitive tensions and regulatory scrutiny issues in high-stakes, multi-party infrastructure disputes.
