Counsel to the former co-owner of an IT security compliance company, and the respondents in oppression application alleging breaches of a unanimous shareholder agreement, breaches of fiduciary duties, and misappropriated corporate opportunities. LOLG successfully defended the allegations, with the Court finding that the applicant had no reasonable expectations that were breached, and had failed to demonstrate that he suffered any damages.
