Appointed Litigation Investigator by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice to investigate potential claims on behalf of Sears Canada and its creditors to increase assets within the estate and to review payments made to Sears Canada shareholders. Later appointed counsel to the Litigation Trustee pursuing certain claims brought on behalf of Sears Canada against certain former directors and shareholders of the company.
