Counsel to Intermarket, a real estate development and management company, in an unjust enrichment application against property vendors in an agreement of purchase and sale for lands in Cambridge, Ontario, to be developed as part of the IP Park Industrial Campus. Intermarket seeks restitution from the vendors for overpayment for certain non-developable lands on the property, which were not compensable under there terms of the agreement of purchase and sale.
