Represented the International Dyslexia Association, Ontario Branch in the Supreme Court of Canada as intervener in Moore v. British Columbia (Education). In Moore, the Court determined that the elimination a special education program for children with severe learning disabilities constituted discrimination under the BC Human Rights Code. 2012 SCC 61
