Overview
Clients frequently come to us with issues that have a significant regulatory dimension. We frequently act before administrative tribunals of all kinds. We also have considerable experience in appeals from tribunal decisions and judicial review proceedings in the Ontario and Federal courts. We have acted for individuals, corporations, tribunals, government bodies, and interveners in leading cases in this area.
We often litigate against the provincial and federal governments, and have been counsel in leading constitutional and administrative law cases, including those involving important Charter and federalism issues.

LOLG Secures Dismissal of Judicial Review Application Against York Region
The Divisional Court dismissed an application for judicial review against York Region in connection with the award of a $500M contract for the operation and maintenance of public transit bus services.
