Competition Law
Overview
Most recently we were chosen by Rogers Communications to lead its defence, at trial and appeal, of its historic $26 billion acquisition of Shaw Communications. The case was the largest and fastest contested merger in Canadian history which reshaped the Canadian telecommunications industry history before the Competition Tribunal and Federal Court of Appeal. We are currently representing Rogers in defence of proceedings commenced by the Commissioner in relation to industry wide advertising.
