Counsel to the Manitoba Métis Federation, the National Government of the Red River Métis, in claims against Canada for (i) compensation for breach of fiduciary duty for harms suffered by the Red River Métis collectivity as a result of the Sixties Scoop, and (ii) compensation for discrimination in respect of Canada’s failure to provide adequate health funding to the Red River Métis.
