LOLG Obtains Dismissal of $15 Million Action

Nadia Campion and Khrystina McMillan represent Mizrahi Development Group (The One) Inc. and its President, Sam Mizrahi defending a $15 million breach of alleged contract claim by an advisor who failed to secure an appropriate investor for the One Bloor West development project.
